In 2019 the Seine-Saint-Denis department a vast participatory budget project (more than 3 million euros dedicated in investment) which has the function of making possible several ideas suggested by its own citizens. The most voted ideas are validated by the project and are implemented to its full extent.

Having the vote as the main concept, the creation of the project's visual identity sought to gather a large set of pictograms that together speak in a simple and direct way of various issues present in the daily life of a large department as important as Seine-Saint-Denis.
